Add to basketHardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. Lois Lenski, Jay Hyde Barnum (illustrator). This offering is a volume in the Dandelion Library series. It's a double volume and contains Pinocchio which was written by C. Collodi, Adapted by Allen Chaffee, and was illustrated by Lois Lenski. It also contains Adventures of Robin Hood which was Retold by Eleanor Graham Vance and was illustrated by Jay Hyde Barnum. The book was published by Random House, perhaps in 1953, but the date inscribed on a loose end page of 1970 makes more sense. Apparently the book was once a Christmas gift. It's not an ex-library copy, is in very good condition, and the book has no dust jacket. The book is 6 3/4" by 9 1/4" with about 100 pages and colorful illustrations throughout. It's in really nice shape if you need this one to help complete your collection . . . and there's a lot of Lenski illustrations for Lenski lovers. Thank you!
