First Edition
Hardcover. 1950 Presumed first edition (NAP) . Hardcover, gray pictorial cloth, 47 pp, nicely illustrated with full color drawings of circus animals, Very good, no DJ. Corners bumped with cardboard exposed there, 1/2 inch nicks at head and foot of spine, minor soil. Internally, last 4 leaves dogeared, edges of leaves slightly wrinkled from having been thumbed through, but o/w tight, clean UNMARKED, with colors nice and bright. No introduction, but apparently intended as a primer or reader, with a very simple text a la Dick and Jane. Children's;
