Began as the Highland Brand Evaporated Milk Company in Highland, Illinois in the late 1800's. This booklet traces the history of the company from its inception to its centennia…l in 1985, including information on Ritz Crackers, as well as Whitman's Chocolates, Downyflake, Old El Paso - companies they later bought. Illustrated throughout with vintage b/w photographs, colored drawings, as well as photographs in color. Prior owner underlined one sentence in red, otherwise there are no other marks.
