Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. First Edition. Original dark red cross hatched patterned cloth, lettered in black to the front panel and spine. 8vo - 279 pp. Author's first book. The pen name Q. Patrick was used by several different authors throughout the 20th Century. As one individual either died or moved on, the mantle was picked up by another. The first book written under this structure, Cottage Sinister, was executed by Martha Mott Kelley and Richard Wilson Webb. This book is very clean, bright and solid. The dust jacket, with cover art by Guy Fry, shows some minor edge-wear to the corners and some minor chipping to the spine ends. A very nice copy. Near Fine / Good.
