Mass Market Paperback. Condition: Good. First Edition. Ace Double D-59. The Bloch novel is a paperback original. The Alexander novel was previously published in hard covers by Random House in 1951 under the title Most Men Don't Kill. The Bloch cover has a three inch surface crease and a small nick to the right edge where there is some associated creasing. Light surface creasing to the cover of the Alexander novel. The spine has reading creasing, edge rubbing and chipping at the top and bottom. Browning to the page edges with a small stain at one end. The first page of the both novels have a small number stamped on it and a small price in pen. There is a small stain at the top of the pages of the Bloch novel - related to the stain on the page edges. The pages are browned but otherwise unmarked. First printing.

Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. Original colour illustrated soft covers. Moderate handling wear to covers. Edges show some light rubbing; mild creasing to spine, but no cracks to binding. Otherwise clean, tight and unmarked. Very neat -- still a sound and handsome copy. A neatly preserved copy of this vintage pulp paperback in the Ace Double lurid crime series.

Mass Market Paperback. Condition: Very Good. Mass market paperback, Alexander cover pulling slightly at interior hinge but solid, has slight skew to binding, veyr slight bumps to spine ends and conrers with light diagonal crease to lower corner of Bloch cover, slight reading creases to spine, and some very slight rubbing, otherwise a solid, clean VG copy.

Touch of rubbing to covers, mild tanning to text paper, mild damp wrinkling (but no staining) to cover and first few pages of CORPSE, a bright, very good copy. (#142742).
