Paperback. Condition: Very Good. 11 x 8.5", photocopied short biography, with ink notes in another hand, inkstamped date, and horizontal folds. SIGNED AND DATED BY CHILDREN'S AUTHOR ERIC CARLE. Stapled to this form is a grouping of other photocopied pages containing biographical and bibliographical information on Carle. Also stapled to this form is a biographical pamphlet on Carle (vertical fold, some wear); Carle had written "This might be useful for 'Sidelights' information" on the front, and added five other titles on the rear cover. But, on the front cover, Carle has added an eye patch, scar and earring to his black and white photo, and also has added an ORIGINAL DRAWING OF A COLORFUL PARROT SITTING ON HIS SHOULDER. Unique.
