Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. No Jacket. 5-1/8" x 7-11/16", xliii + 138pp + 4pp publisher's advertising, with a bound-in 32pp "Mr. Murray's General List of Works." Printed on acidic paper and bound in sewn signatures in maroon buckram cloth boards with blue-black end papers. Design and title block stamped in gilt on front panel and spine. Spine is faded to brown, otherwise, some edge wear, shelf wear to cover, and the corners are lightly bumped / frayed. Binding is gently cocked, and the top edge of the book block is age discolored / darkened. Book falls open to pp. 48-49, but binding is sound. Pages are tanned, and there is some foxing to the latter pages of Mr. Murray's General List. There is a vertical rule in the margin of p. xv, but the pages are otherwise clean and unmarked.
