Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 1st Edition. True first British printing with original unclipped jacket (16s). Jacket has faults - namely edge/shelf wear, a few small (largest approx. 1cm) tears, creasing/rubbing to edges, a few small marks, little patchy browning (including to spine), creasing/minor foxing/browning to front/back inner flaps, a little pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine, minor foxing, little pushing/bumping to corners, browning/minor foxing/odd small mark to reverse (white side) and is in only good condition. Boards are near fine (having been well protected by the jacket) with a hint of pushing to corners and very minor pushing/rubbing to head/tail of spine. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Large gift inscription and date in pen fills the front end-paper. Pages bit tanned. Odd small mark/(quite) heavy foxing to page edges, tops and bottoms. End-papers/first and last couple of pages tanned. Occasional small marks/scattered foxing to pages. No other faults. All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted.
