Condition: Fair. 1834. 10th edition. 102 pages. Red leather. Include 24 page 'key' of answers at the rear. Front board is detached and rear board loose. Includes illustrated frontis and one plate; frontis is missing its moveable dial. Front endpaper has been removed. Notable surface tears to front pastedown. Pages are heavily tanned and thumbed at the edges. Heavy foxing throughout. Slight staining to title page and frontis, which has a small hole. Hinges and guttering are cracked. Binding is loose. Many dog-eared corners. Boards have been heavily rub worn, scratched and scuffed, with heavy shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are bumped and heavily frayed and spine ends are crushed, with some small splits and chips. Front board is detached. Notable loss to of spine leather and from board edges too.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. Revised edition. Corrected and improved by Samuel Maynard. Black & white plates/charts. Note: plate of clock lacks the original movable dial. Pages vi, 138. Blind tooled decoration to boards. Foxing to endpapers, first plate and title page and to some pages within. All is very firm. Boards have some edge wear and a faded spine. All still very readable/useable.

Book of Globes comprising an epitome of modern geography to which is added a key to the examples, problems etc. Twelth edition corrected and improved by Samuel Maynard. Two plates, one with moving dial, some light pencil annotations on blank rear of one plate, does not affect it. Full leather binding is rubbed especially at corners, front hinge is split, held by string binding, spine has slight loss top and bottom and light split down centre. Descriptionmakes book sound worse than looks it is still a pleasing copy. 138pp plus 10 pages of adverts. DETAILED PHOTOGRAPHS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST. Reprint. Full Leather. Good Plus/No Jacket. 18 x 11 Cms. Hardcover.
