Couverture rigide. Condition: Bon. Published by Stirling, Kenney & Co., Edinburgh, Richard Griffin & Co. , Glasgow, Whittaler & Co., and Thomas Tegg & Son, London, 1838, hard cover, original binding, leather to both spine and corners, textured cloth or buckram to boards, with title printed on paper label pasted on front board, about 8 ¾ X 5 ¾ inches, (xvi) 340 (4) pages. Cover is in fair condition (see images) ; complete, clean and solid, showing sme wear to boards right corners and some water stain mainly to back board. Interior is very good, clean and solidly bound without noticeable wear or flaw , just a few very minor stains here and there, and an old inscription dated from 1842 on ffep. We must note that the last free endpaper is missing.
