Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. This is a bound collection of more than 40 articles written by Dr. Singleton, one of the premier Texas surgeons in the early 1900's. He served as Professor of Surgery and Chairman of the Surgical Department at University of Texas, Medical Branch. Later, he served as President of the Southern Surgical Society, the Texas Surgical Society, a member of the Board of Governors of the American College of Surgeons, and several other posts. All of the articles are in Very Good condition, and were nicely bound by the Galveston Bookbinding Company on July 21, 1951. It appears that they were bound for his son, Dr. A. O. Singleton, Jr., as A. O. Singleton appears on the receipt (included) for the bookbinding service, and Dr. Singleton Sr. died in 1947. Size: 4mo - over 9 3/4" - 12" tall. Quantity Available: 1. Shipped Weight: 3-5 pounds. Category: Medicine & Health; Pictures of this item not already displayed here available upon request. Inventory No: 001272. Additional shipping charges may apply.
