Quarto. 32pp. Bluish-green cloth stamped in black. A fine bright copy in attractive, very good or better dust jacket with moderate wear and tanning on spine and rear panel and a few short tears. "The [husband and wife] team of Wende and Harry Devlin began at Syracuse University where they were classmates." Inscribed by the authors, and with a small drawing by Harry Devlin to the daughter of Caldecott Medal award-winning children's book author Alvin Tresselt, on the verso of front flyleaf: "For India [with a small sketch of a smiling young girl with long hair] with [small sketch of two hearts] and XXX's.
