Faint beginnings of cracking on spine. Hinges and binding very solid. Prev owner name inside front cover dated 1859. Pages clean, normal pa…per age toning. Front end paper has some toning, chips, and very faint watermark through first few pages with no contortion of paper. Back end paper shows dirt smears, another faint watermark through pages and tiny chips along last several pages corner, not close to text. Heavy toning and soiling of foreedges, covers faintly bowed out, some scattered foxing along side foreedges. Very solid copy.
