Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 8 ½ in. x 11 in. 85 pp. (recto only). Illustrated with charts, floor plans, and copies of photos. Printed wraps with clear plastic cover; spiral bound. Dusting. Loosely laid-in is a torn, chipped, and yellowing newspaper article from 1975 announcing the designation of the Arcade as a National Historic Landmark by the U. S. Department of the Interior. This study was commissioned to determine the best use and upgrade of the building. A very rare item, printed not for publication but for the use of management. It is not listed in WorldCat.
