First Edition
Condition: Good. 1939. First Edition. 172 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth. Black and white illustrations throughout. Pages are mildly tanned with visible foxing. Mild cracking to gutters, however binding remains firm. Previous owner's inscription to front pastedown and endpaper. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and mild marking to boards. Mild tanning to board edges and spine, which has mild crushing to ends. Mild water stains and droplets to front board. Book has forward lean.

Very good indeed in very good indeed dust jacket. Dust jacket slightly nibbled at edges.
