Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. Book is clean with a square, tight binding and off white pages. Book has minor wear on the edges that is difficult to see in the scans. Book has date of 1936, but I believe this dates from the 1940's, specifically wartime. There is a note at the bottom of the indica page that states: U…nder Government regulations for saving metal and paper during the war, the size and bulk of this book have been reduced below the customary peacetime standards. Only the format has been affected. The text is complete and unabridged. The book you see in the images is the actual book we have for sale. When you buy this book from us, you are helping to support a small brick and mortar family owned store. We have been curating our collection for three generations and currently have over 250,000 volumes in stock. Please feel free to call for more stock. Shutts, Roland V> (illustrator).
