Fabric & Board. Condition: Fair. Dust Jacket Condition: New. Asahi Photo Services (illustrator). 2nd Printing. Beige fabric over board covers with black titles to front and spine, in poor condition with damp stain to front and back top, splits to spine and slight edge wear. Now for the good bit, 292 numbered pages with at least one b/w period photo per page, script in english and french. All pages in good clean unmarked condition. A wonderful istoric view of Japan pre war. Binding ok except end papers to spine split across the red circle. Size 19.8 x 26.4 cm.

Tight and VG+ in its light-brown cloth, with mild spotting at the front panel and very light offsetting to the front free endpaper. And in a crisp, unusually clean, Near Fine dustjacket, with just a touch of wear along the spine crown. Quarto, beautiful gravure photos thruout, chronicling with wonderful detail life in pre-War Japan. Text in both English and French.
