Written by Laurent Tailhade, a French satirical poet, anarchist polemicist, essayist, and translator. Illustrated by Kharis, a French engraver known for his woodcuts. In the original paper binding. Externally, smart with light bumping and sunning to the extremities. The odd small mark to the boards. Front hinge tender. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright with the odd small spot and light age toning opposite the woodcuts. Previous owner's bookplate to the front endpaper. Good. book.
