Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Offered is a limited first edition, first printing (of 350 copies, with a laid-in inscribed note from the poet) of "Bulb In Socket," a book of poetry by Gary Lenhart published in 1980 by Crony Books out of New York City. A stapled softcover measuring 8-1/2" by 11" and containing 19 internal sheets (printed on once side, the verso is blank, as issued). The poems include: Perfect Earth; Lew Welch; The Pick-Up Mutiny; Lucky Stiff; Outside West Virginia; Partners; Moose in a Landscape; Bulb in Socket; Drugstore Cowboy. Laid-in is a signed and inscribed note by Gary Lenhart to his friend and fellow poet Donald Britton: "1/19/81, Dear Donald, I don't think you have the current Mag City #10 either, since we've done absolutely no mailing & minimal hand-to-hand distribution. Hope all the pages are here & legible. Best, Gary" (I purchased this and several other titles belonging to poet Donald Britton several years ago from a bookseller who had gone to his estate sale). Covers show light corner wear, light soil in places. Signed by Author(s).
