    Oblong 6.5 x 9.5, sewn wraps, 60 pp. Covers very well worn, stained, spotted, missing small pieces, lacks spine cove, front cover almost detached and rear starting, small tears, bookplate on rear cover, contents have tears, creasing, spotting, loose pages. This is a songbook for "loyal people, whether around the campfire, . . . wherever the fire of patriotism burns . . . " Some of the songs "Battle Cry of Freedom," "Stand by the President," "Ho! for the Gun-boats, Ho!" Published in Chicago before the Great Fire. From the collection of Otto Orren Fisher.
