Map of Nashville in the 1890's on endpapers. Corners square. Minor shelf wear to head and tail of backstrip. Small white spot on front board. Edges bumped a bit, with a small frayed spot on rear board fore-edge. There is a straight white line on the rear board where the dust jacket was once stuck to the book. Dust jacket tattered, with some areas of small loss. Not clipped. Previous owner's bookplate on ffep, no other marks. Signed by Author(s).
