Clean pages with light tanning and mild foxing throughout. More pronounced to free endpapers and pastedowns. Pencil markings to front pastedown and free endpaper. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Visible wear marks to boards. Unclipped jacket. Panels and spine have moderate edgewear with chips, tears and creases. Moderate loss to spine and edges. Moderate tanning and wear marks to flaps, panels and spine.

The top edge of the text block is a little dusty, else the book is in very good condition; the dustwrapper is in fair condition only (chipped and torn with loss). The dustwrapper has now been put in a mylar cover to protect it.
