Cloth, 4to, gilt cover device, 29 cm, xii, 458 pp, ills. Lacking the insert dealing with chemical formulae. Name tippexed from front free endpaper, some staining to endpapers, cloth over front board loosened and a little marked.

Hard cover. Condition: Good. No jacket. Laminated jacket. The cover is shelf worn and slightly rubbed, particular near the hinge. The corner edges are bumped. Binding is tight and inside is clean and unmarked.

Hardcover in good condition. Green boards (no dust jacket) have rubbing/wear to edges / corners. Small dint to bottom of front board. Some browning of pages as expected for age. Over all a decent copy.

GREEN CLOTH. Condition: VERY GOOD++. *FIRST EDITION*. VI + 458 PAGES. GOLD GILT LETTERING ON SPINE. BOOKLET & 2 SIZE CARDS IN BACK POCKET. SLIGHT WEAR, BUT A NICE CLEAN STRONG TIGHT COPY. Size: QUARTO.

Printed in red and black; green cloth, spine gilt. Two templates in a pocket at the rear outlining crown 8vo ad demy 8vo, plus additional specimens. A very good copy indeed.
