Light-mid brown background boards with large but light water mark to about the half the area of the back board. Colour tipped-in plate to front board showing two squirrels, one leading the other through a wood. Light marks to front board. The B&W illustrations to front endpapers have been coloured in quite neatly for a child, a little of the back endpapers B&W illustrations have been coloured-in. o/w pages clean and tidy.
