Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 2nd Edition. 2nd edition, revised and enlarged. A few splash marks to the cover. Rubbing wear to edges of the cover; cloth worn through at corners with small tears at the top and bottom of the spine. Webbing visible along back hinge. Foxing to end-papers. Text pages clean and crisp.
