Cover and title page say "War Department * 23 February 1944," but at the foot of the title page is "United States Government Printing Office Washington: 1948." The changes addendum laid in is dated "8 May 1947." A sturdy copy with tight binding and square spine; spine wrinkled but not creased. No marks. "Headquarters Company, 49th Infantry Division, California National Guard" rubber-stamp on cover. Side-staples have left a little rust-staining. Minor wear, spotting and corner creasing to covers. Some soil to title page, and the pages of the addendum have some staining and creases.
