Green dust jacket rubbed, some scuffing and nicks at edges, light stains to rear panel with short swath of surface peeling at center. Dark green boards with vibrant gilt stamped lettering upon spine and front board. Foxing upon top edge; light stains on fore-edge with several rear leaves shallowly affected at margins. Foreword by Tennessee Williams printed as a half-page facsimile from a handwritten letter. A very good- copy in a good+ dust jacket with Williams's inscription upon the front free endpaper: "For John Berende' with love - Dakin Williams March 18, 1997." ISBN 0866290095.
