Paper map mounted on linen, one tiny (pin-sized) hole; slim stapled booklet (8 pages, advertisements to inside front and both sides of rear paper covers) giving street index, pasted to inside front cover of red cloth binding; Fry's Cocoa advertisement to outside of rear cover. A little dusty generally, but generally in very good condition. Scarce.
