One of Arthur parachuting down into an astonished group o f animals - some of which are kangaroos. Illustrated boards binding has been repaired with clear tape. There is no evidence of yellowing of adhesive. The cover has some edge and corner wear and a bit of scuffing and a bit of lam bubbling. No former owner's name on endpapers. Endpapers are classic grey elephants on red, Babar endpapers. These endpapers are very clean but have been taped with clear, non yellowing tape as well. Evidence of hinging at front and back but text as a unit is sewen securely. Some tears at spine in text, likely from a child wanting to see the next page before the parent has finished reading the text. Text is otherwise clean and unmarked. Overall cond: poor-fair. Hard Cover. Fair.
