An autograph note 'Dear Sir, Please to send to Messrs. Cadell and Davies, in the Strand, and upon the sight [?] this letter, those gentlemen will pay you my small bill, amounting to £22. 18. 4 when you will of course acknowledge the said payment. Yours truly E.D. Clarke.' 140 x 200 mm., mounted on a sheet, probably from a scrapbook, a couple of words faded and indistinct.
