A tiny mark on the front paste-down and corresponding case on the the front free end-paper (most likely a production flaw) still overall a fine copy in like Publisher's Slip-case. Published without a Dust Wrapper. The Limited Edition put out by Waterstones. First UK Edition First printing. This Limited Edition was signed and numbered by the author. This is the lowest number that I have come across. The Slip-case was designed to look like a Fender guitar amplifier. Comes together with a set of the Promotional Cards, with a Promotional Guitar Pick and a 'Complete Clapton' CD (believed also to have been a promo item). These Limited Editions were only available direct from Waterstones shops in the UK and in strictly limited numbers per customer (some shops one only others up to three copies).
