Angus Macvicar was originally from North Uist, took part in three assault landings in the Second World War, mentioned in despatches at Anzio, and eventually became a children's author. The book is in very good condition, contents unmarked and only some foxing spots on outer edges of pages. Dustcover in excellent condition, with some wear along the top edge. 160 pages.
