With chapters on flight shooting, coast shooting, punt gunning, wild geese & swans, grey geese, divers and a section of Chapman's reminiscences gunning waterfowl in England and Spain. Book in VG condition with light scattered foxing, more pronounced on the fore edge of text block. Spine ends a bit bumped, covers clean with bright titling. A nice example of the 1st edition.

Minor foxing and browning but overall a very good copy of a scarce book. Chapters on gun-punts and punt-gunning, coast-shooting under canvas, wildfowling for duck, geese and swans. Extensive section of wildfowling reminiscences at home (on the North-east coast), and in Southern Spain. .
