Paperback. Condition: Good. First Edition. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" Tall (oblong). A very good copy with slight rubbing and browning to wrappers; slight internal browning to edges. 69 pages. Coverage of the architecture in Pasadena, San Marino, Sierra Madre, and Arcadia (chiefly houses, but with a few notable commercial edifices). Includes bibliography and index. Scarce.Sillo, Terry (photographer); Over 60 b/w Photographs (including wrappers).

Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. Softcover. Stiff covers with black and tan lettering over photograph of Duncan-Irwin House, taken by Terry Sillo. Covers appear slightly toned and rubbed, but are overall unmarked, with some very light wear to edges and corners. Binding is square and strong. Title page not dated. Copyright page dated 1976. 69 pages. Measures 10 x 8.5 inches. Although slightly toned, pages remain clean and bright, with black and white photographs taken by Terry Sillo throughout.
