Manuscript on paper and vellum, each measuring approx. 16 x 13.5 inches (folded to 13.5 x 8.5 inches).Contents include:Abstract of Title of Edward Smith Grosvenor Esq. to 3 fourths of the Manor of Cheadle Grange, 1675, with supplemental abstract dated 1736;Abstract of Title of John Leigh Esq. to an Estate in the Parish of Cheadle in the County of Stafford called Woodhead, 1718;Abstract of Title of Thos. Honeyborne Esq. to 3/4ths pf the Manor of Cheadle Grange, with supplemental abstract dated 1736. Housed in later custom cloth clamshell box. . Contents folded, creased, soiled, and toned, with occasional small edges tears. Overall very good.
