Being the 4th Session of the 3rd Provincial Parliament of Canada." Unpaginated. 35 cm. Brown cloth spine, leather corners, marbled paper boards. Worn edges and corners, scuffed boards, tear in lower front hinge. Ex library with number on lower spine, label on front pastedown, ink stamp on title page. Spine reads "Appendix No. 4, AAA to OOO.".

Being the 4th Session of the 3d Provincial Parliament of Canada. Unpaginated. 35 cm. Fold-out partial colour plan of Port Hope Harbour and a Plan for a New Harbour. Half leather with mabled paper boads. Corners worn. Spine tearing away from rear hinge. Especially scuffed on rear. Some foxing. Small tear and light spotting to plan. Of significance is this scarce plan of Port Hope Harbour, surveyed and planned by Peter Fleming, January 1846. Fleming's proposed "improvements" shown in pink, the proposed sections of the Board of Works shown in green, and the "present" sections of the Harbour Lands and Piers shown in yellow. Map is 45 x 55 cm when unfolded.
