Maurice Blot (Paris 1753-Paris 1818) was a French engraver, and a pupil of Aug. de Saint Aubin. Pieter de Hooch (1629-1684) was a Dutch Golden Age painter, famous for his genre scenes of quiet domestic scenes with a limited number of figures, similar in style to Jan Vermeer. Condition: Very good, given age. A fold in the top margin (not affecting image).General age-related light toning and/or staining from handling.
