Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. This is the re-titled first UK edition of Kate Wilhelm's first story collection. It is inscribed and signed on its title page by the author, "For Chris, All best, Kate Wilhelm". The book is in very good condition, marred only by light bumps on its spine ends, and a lightly "cocked" spine (square at its top, slightly slanted on its bottom.) Its binding is sound. Covers are unmarked and otherwise unworn, with bright silver titles on its spine. Pages are unworn and unmarked. Its dust jacket, now protected by a removable mylar cover, is unmarked, in very good condition, marred only by a price-clipped front flap, plus a trace of sun toning on its spine and flap folds, but otherwise bright and whole. I will ship this book in a moisture proof zip-loc bag, padded in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box to assure it reaches its new owner in the same condition as my description. Inscribed by Author(s).
