Hardcover. Condition: Good. Assumed First. Cover is medium green with white text and illustration. Spine has white lettering number indicating former library copy. No other evidence of library use. A few random pencil markings in body of text. 15 very unique illustrations from the Uganda mission field. Binding is tight. A nice copy of a missionary biography classic.

Condition: Good. 1956. First Edition. 95 pages. Dust jacket over yellow cloth. Clean pages with noticeable tanning and mild foxing throughout. Tightly bound with faint thumb-marking throughout. Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and mild marking to boards. Mild tanning to board edges and spine, which has mild crushing to ends. Book has forward lean. Clipped jacket has moderate edgewear with chips, tears, and creasing. Mild foxing. Mild tanning to spine. Notable rubbing and marking all over.

Hardcover. Condition: Fair. No Jacket. First Edition. First edition, hardcover, has a slight lean to the binding, which is shaken with cracks to the rear hinge and pages 38-39. The book also has bumps to the spine ends and cover corners, mild wear to the cover edges, rubbing with areas of peeling and stains to the covers, sunning to the spine with peeled spots above the title and to the edge of the publisher's name, and a previous owner's name and information penned to the first free end page. Overall, a Fair copy.
