Text block toned but otherwise fully intact. Former owner signature in pencil on front flyleaf, with small name sticker. Front hinge with neat repair, and holding quite firm. Dust jacket shows top edge chipping with some loss at head of spine (partial first line of title "Agent Nine") and more extensive loss at tail of spine, approx. 2" x 1.5", lightly soiled, joints a bit rubbed, with front panel still retaining vibrant color and presenting rather well in a new Brodart sleeve. Presumed 1st edition, with front DJ flap showing a second (and only other) title in the series, "Agent Nine and the Jewel Mystery." Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Book.

The VG jacket has its four corners clipped, no tears and only very tiny chips at the head and heel of the spine; it is very clean and its colors are quite bright and vivid.
