Comic adaptation of the poems "To Begin Then, Not Now" by Philip Lamantia; "Bird of Paradise" and "Porcupine" by Franklin Rosemont from The Apple of the Automatic Zebra's Eye; "Nightmare of the Lilliputian" by Clark Ashton Smith; and "Aero Among the Signs" and "The Dreamer that Remains" by Hal Drammel. Published by Franklin Rosemont's Black Swan Press, the only American publisher endorsed by Breton as Surrealist. Very good condition, lightest wear to wraps.
