Condition: Very good. Sunning, toning. Four (4) advertising leaflets promoting mathematics textbooks by D.C. Heath & Company, a Boston-based publisher of educational materials. Each is printed on a different color of paper. It promotes "Wells's Essentials of Geometry", "Wells's Algebra", and "Wells's Mathematics" via testimonials from private school administrators, a list of schools using the books, and an extract from the 1899-1900 University Catalog highlighting the importance of mathematics to admission. Also uses math itself to promote the books. On the yellow slip of paper: "Wells's Algebra is adopted at present in more than 180 public High Schools in New England representing a population of over 40% of the whole section. Do these facts suggest anything?". Each measures approx. 3.25" by 5.5".
