Some toning to the leaf margins, the rear free endpaper excised, and a small indentation to the head of the upper board. A former owner has inked some notes to a blank preliminary leaf and to the rear pastedown, and also adorned an unprinted concluding leaf with a handsome pen and ink drawing. A single underlining in the text. Quite a nice crisp copy in non-price-clipped dust wrapper, with a lengthy vertical crease to the front flap, a corresponding indentation to the base of the front panel, and some fading to the red spine panel lettering. The fourth instalment of the author's Adrian Mole series. Inscribed by Author(s).
