Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Inscribed"To Charlie Bellamy with Best Wishes JRM 1/3/68" on the first free endpaper The book is bound in navy blue cloth with the title and author in gilt on the spine. The corners are sharp . The binding glue along the spine is dried and cracking at several signatures, but the string binding is sound. Otherwise, pages are clean, smooth and unmarked. The dust jacket is in very good condition with very light shelf wear. Includes 16 pages of photographs in black and white. 147 pp. Inscribed by Author(s).
