1st printing. Unpaginated, though 16 pp. Adverts throughout. Lacks center scorecard. Illustrated. 9-13/16" x 5-7/8" Front wrapper with chip to fore-edge, and lacking lower corner [with old paper repair]. Very Good. Red & blue printed paper wrappers, stapled. Now housed in an archival mylar sleeve.
