Composed by T(homas) Comer. Printed by the author and sold in Boston by S.H. Parker. 1834, 4 pp, 12.75 x 19.5 . In fair condition, with rubbing and wear to edges and corners. Tea…rs down parts of fold. General age-related toning and periodic foxing throughout. Signed by Comer next to his name on the title page. Title page lithograph by Pendleton s in Boston. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. An extremely scarce piece of sheet music by the Boston Brigade Band, which operated from 1812 to around 1863. An influential brass and reed band, they operated in and around Boston in the decades leading up to the Civil War. Composed and signed by Thomas Comer (1790-1862). A wonderful piece for preservation.
