Eighteenth Edition. 400 unique inns and small hotels across the UNited states and Canada. 478 pages including index illustrated with full color photographs and maps. Each entey features an exterior and interior photographs as well as details about the property. There is a small place on the backstrip where a piece of the top layer of paper is missing. There are small spots on the front cover. The first couple of pages are beginning to loosen from the binding,else fine.
