Some sporadic foxing and trimming to pages (text unaffected), but otherwise interior clean. In very good condition. Anne Elizabeth Baker [1786- 1861] was a philologist as well as historian of Northamptonshire, in England. She dedicated the glossary to her brother, George Baker [1781-1851] a topographer and fellow Northamptonshire historian, who encouraged her in writing the book. Volume One: A-L; Volume Two: M-Z.
