The date appears to be written in mirror form or upside-down-backwards. 2021 was the year Rundgren was inducted into the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame. As for "Roughner," we wonder if this is a play on the common spelling "Ruffner." Mason Ruffner perhaps. At any rate, a pristine copy with a bold signature. Ships fast with tracking.
