Music by Norman Campbell, lyrics by Donald Harron and Norman Campbell, additional lyrics by Mavor Moore and Elaine Campbell. The book contains the musical score for a production of "Anne" at the New Theatre in London. The first performance was Wednesday, 16th of April, 1969. This particular copy has pencil notes on several pages. All indications are that these were made a member of the production staff. These notes continue throughout the entire score. In addition, there is a small piece of lined paper, attached to the binding at the end of the score. This paper contains the writer's 'wish list' for which actors are intended to sing certain parts. An unusual piece of "Anne" ephemera, with an interesting association. And finally, there is a program laid in. The programme is for the performance of "Anne" at the Leah Posluns Theatre by the company of 'The Yorkminstrels' for several successive dates in April, 2002. Overall, a very good copy with obvious signs of use. The is moderate wear to one corner, lighter wear elsewhere, and creasing on the spine. There is a music store stamp at the bottom of the title page; Dave Snider Music of 3225 Yonge Street, Toronto.
